Personal Training
Choosing to have a personal trainer for some people is an easy decision but for others it may not be so easy. You need to make sure that the trainer you choose can help you meet your goals as well as providing a professional and enjoyable experience. I conduct an initial in-depth consultation with all my clients and this is so I get to know more about you but it is also the chance for you to ask me any questions and discuss any reservations you may have. Your consultation is as much about me getting to know you as it is about you getting to know me whilst finding out if I am the right person to support you on your health and fitness journey.
Personal Training at Lifestyle Health and Fitness revolves around the concept of functional movement. That means i focus on weight loss, toning and building muscle, injury prevention, increasing flexibility, increasing strength, increasing fitness levels, increased range of motion and improving healthy joints. I have a variety of training options available to my clients, so please ask if there's something that you would like to try.
During our sessions there are a wide range of fitness tools available for us to use which include: Glide Fit, TRX, Kettle Bells, Dumbbells and Barbells, Balance Discs and Stability Balls, Foam Rolling, Resistance Bands, Battle Ropes, Medicine balls, Body Weight exercises, Treadmill, Spinning Exercise Bike and Rowing machine.
I have various health and fitness packages available to suit all budgets. We can discuss this in further detail at your complimentary consultation and all consultations are obligation free, so you don't have to buy a package if you are undecided!
YOUR OPTIONS
All personal training packages can include: Dedicated training sessions, personalised monthly exercise plans, tailor made training programs, monthly progress reviews, nutritional support and guidance, fitness testing and movement appraisal and before and after photos (when requested). Comprehensive body composition analysis is available at request, using the most advanced technology, The EVOLT 360.
One-to-one training
During our sessions you, your results and the experience you receive are the main focus. You will be guided through a health and fitness program that has been specifically designed just for you and the sessions will be progressive, meaning that you will be pushed that little bit more each session so that you make positive progress in achieving your results. I will take into account your current fitness levels, any injuries you may have or other limitations that have stopped you from achieving your goals previously. We can include training inside and outside of the studio or even at a place that is convenient to you.
Best friend training

It is well documented that friends "who train together stay together". By working out with your best friend , not only are you getting to spend time together, your getting encouragement and praise from one another which is a incredible motivator. It will help you remain motivated, consistent and stay accountable to each other both inside and outside of the sessions.
I will specifically design a program that will meet both of your health and fitness goals whilst keeping the sessions fun and enjoyable. The cost of the session is then split, so it can make the sessions a more cost effective option whilst gaining all the benefits a personal training session offers.

Getting in shape for the 'Big Day" is a priority for some people. As the bride you want to look your best walking down the aisle and as the groom you want to look your best whilst waiting at the altar for your beautiful bride to arrive. You will get to spend quality time together before the wedding, to either de-stress from all the hectic planning or get the chance to chat about your wedding plans.
